Love the quality shoes but the sizing doesnt seem 100% accurate. My shoe size is 10 wide but these seemed slightly long and my biggest grief is lack of arch support.

After the first use my arches were in insane pain which has never happened to me with tennis shoes.

I had to buy arch support soles ...

I switched from Asics to these K-Swiss to try them out on the court. I found the sides of my feet near my little toe started to hurt a few weeks into wearing them after the break in period. Not sure if it's lack of support, but definitely not as comfortable as the Asics for me for side to side, late...

The shoe is not only flat (as court shoes should be) but the insole has zero arch and inadequate cushion. My quads are too strained for me to continue wearing the shoe even with an expensive arched soul/insert.

Hurt my feet. I can wear but they are not as wide as other 14 W's previously bought. I have to think twice about wearing these new shoes again for any extended period of time.

Ok... Some specific things:

1. Mine arrived with no insoles. The seller was unable to send just insoles, so I returned the shoes. No questions asked.

2. These are tremendous tennis shoes. Hard to find anything better. Grip, stability, etc... I really do like these a lot.
