Just wanted to share my experience with Zinus. I bought a Queen 10" memory foam in 2017. It felt great at first and nearly cured my back pain!(I've had back surgery and a somewhat debilitating ongoing pain at times). I was pumped as this was life-changing for me at the time

So i called nectar and was told that they would not be able to help with anything (any warranty issues, or the 365 trial period) because it was bought on amazon. I also called amazon and was told that its nectar's responsibility not amazons. As of right now we have not totally decided what we are going to do with the mattress but the only reason we bought it was we thought we had a year to make up our minds. But now we are finding out from nectar that we are totally out of luck

I ordered this mattress TWICE. First time, the wrong size was delivered. The box delivered said King, but inside was a Queen. I reordered again, a Second time, received a King however it was warped on the edges; it did not increase in size to the required dimensions

My main dislike however is that the matress dimensions are about 2" shorter and 1" narrower than standard queen size matress. I now have large gaps all around between the matress and the inset bed frame. Really not happy about that. My previous matress fit very nicely, this one fits horrible
