Nagaoka MP-110 vs Ortofon 2M Bronze

Mating it with the correct phono stage is important. Some phono stages, like the Emotiva, also have a slightly forward midrange and would not mate with the Nagaoka. However, more restrained phono stages, such as Pro-Jects or Schiit Mani would be a good match.

I am using this on a Pro- Ject The Classic Turntable. Its a fairly good match for that turntable and arm, not necessarily by the book but for real vinyl applications.
