I connected the MYX II to my 5GHz Wi-Fi network and have never experienced any buffering or lag when streaming classes, even live workouts. MYXfitness recommends download speeds of at least 3Mbps for uninterrupted streaming. A helpful internet speed test feature in the MYX + Openfit Settings menu lets you check your connection.

MYX II Review

We did end up having to download two apps to our phone (Openfit and Polar), which is fine because it gives you the whole experience. The Openfit app syncs with the streaming service on the bike so you can see all your stats in one place, which is a plus. There’s a lot to do on the app, like log weight, track your food, schedule workouts, see what workouts are live, and find some healthy recipes.

 This definitely came in handy and made the whole process go that much faster. The company recommends clearing out a space that will accommodate the bike mat, which is about 4 x 6 feet.

As you can see, some of them are blue, some are just crisp and clear, but they have a really like zen and welcoming feel as opposed to like a studio or something that's really intense. The best is definitely the Tacx Neo, not the Flux. But the reason people like the kickr so much is the extra things that intelligently combined with it. The kickr climb and the fan - both change their behavior depending on your riding

I have the Elite Direto and it sounds very similar to what you describe with the Wahoo. Just FYI.

I got myself one 6 weeks ago as an upgrade for the Tacx flux but I don’t see a big different at all. I was expecting reduced noise In the house and more stability at lower gears.
However the wahoo makes similar if not more noise and vibrates when doing low cadence workouts.
Is this normal?
I am reaching out to wahoo to ask for a replacement or get a refund for a new trainer but not sure what to get.

Is wahoo kickr really better than any other trainers out there?

 Customer service, via online chat, was quick, responsive and very helpful. (When I unpacked the bike, I discovered that one part was damaged and customer service replaced it the next day!). I highly recommend this product.

Excellent Investment!!

 On contacting customer service I was advised to remove a cover and photo/ film the drive train.  Upon sending this in, I received no further response. Not good for a $3,000 purchase.  Otherwise I wasn’t a huge fan of the ERG mode which seemed to bounce around all over the shop watts wise (this could’ve been due to the other issue), not providing the consistency feeing I have on my $350 Tacx Vortex, I had planned to replace with the Smart Bike

Disappointed esp due to cost.  Upon my first cycle I noticed a clear dead spot/ click in the pedal stroke. On contacting customer service I was advised to remove a cover and photo/ film the drive train.  Upon sending this in, I received no further response

 Not good for a $3,000 purchase.
