The app also has a huge selection of off-bike workouts ranging from strength training and pilates to yoga and meditation, and the Plus version we tested comes with a set of 6 dumbells &#40;you choose between light, medium, and heavy&#41;, a kettlebell, a bike mat, exercise mat, foam roller, and a resistance band so you can follow along and build you own little home gym. The MYX II Plus also comes with plenty of other useful features, and delivery and assembly are included in the price, adding to its impressive value.

I connected the MYX II to my 5GHz Wi-Fi network and have never experienced any buffering or lag when streaming classes, even live workouts. MYXfitness recommends download speeds of at least 3Mbps for uninterrupted streaming. A helpful internet speed test feature in the MYX + Openfit Settings menu lets you check your connection. 

The light kit includes 3-, 6-, and 9-pound dumbbells and a 15-pound kettlebell; the medium kit includes 6-, 9-, and 12-pound dumbbells and a 20-pound kettlebell; and the heavy kit includes 9-,12-, and 15-pound dumbbells and a 25-pound kettlebell. We did end up having to download two apps to our phone (Openfit and Polar), which is fine because it gives you the whole experience. The Openfit app syncs with the streaming service on the bike so you can see all your stats in one place, which is a plus. There’s a lot to do on the app, like log weight, track your food, schedule workouts, see what workouts are live, and find some healthy recipes.

 This definitely came in handy and made the whole process go that much faster. The company recommends clearing out a space that will accommodate the bike mat, which is about 4 x 6 feet.

 So i love that another nice feature that i love is the background of all of the videos. As you can see, some of them are blue, some are just crisp and clear, but they have a really like zen and welcoming feel as opposed to like a studio or something that's really intense.  Contacted TACX Support(very efficient time of response) and after several email exchanges they concluded: "Then there is probably something wrong with the brake. I have returned the Bushido Smart for a full refund and have purchased the Cycleops PowerSync

 Right, so there we go, we are paired, watts, rpm, I'm not wearing a heart rate monitor at the minute, but it is an option, easy enough to do, just search for it, put it on, wake the monitor up and it should ping up, so easy as that, and that is into your main screen guys, so the world is your oyster from here, and one of my favourites which is Yorkshire, you can go from here, that is you in, £350 and we're here with Zwift. So that is the end of the video, I hope that was a little bit of a good insight into your, maybe your first basic Zwift setup, so I really do hope that gives you a little bit of an idea of how you can achieve it with maybe a minimal price, there are other brands available but just get what price point fits yours, so I still think this is a cheap setup at £350, most people these days, maybe I'm being a bit judgmental, but most people have a laptop, most people have a tablet, I used to run Zwift on a tablet until the battery died, I killed it with Zwifting, so my own fault there, but yeah have the laptop so that's no issue whatsoever.  Right, welcome back to the channel guys, today's video we are going to be discussing Zwift and Turbotrainer setups, so I wanted to give you a real easy introduction into the life of Zwift, such training apps and basically getting going in your Turbotrainer world. You don't have to use Zwift, you can use it as a standalone unit of Turbotrainer but it makes it a bit more immersive and a bit more fun just to get involved and get on Zwift, meet others and cycle with others and race others around the world, so it's one of the bog standard things with Zwift, so I wanted to give you a real cheap Zwift setup and something that I have had for quite a while now and it was a cheap Zwift setup, so I'm going to give you a little introduction, so assuming that you do have a bike, Cycling Channel, I guess you found this because you like cycling, so we're going to assume everyone's got a bike, so there's already one cost taken care of, wheel on trainer, so I'm going to show you the one I've got in a minute, they don't make it anymore but it is fantastic, it's really done me well and they do make newer models of that now, so you can still get that same sort of setup there that I have got. This is a Tacx Bushido they called it, which I have got behind me, which I will show you, the bike's set up on it ready to go, over there, so we'll show you that in a minute, it's up behind me, and the particular one I've got does have a built in speed, cadence and power meter on it, so it does make pairing to Zwift super, super easy and the one behind me is brilliant actually because it obviously has some sort of dynamo inside it that it doesn't use any, I don't have to plug it in, no power, absolutely at all, it's you are the power, you create the power, it pulls the machine on, fires up the Bluetooth and straight to Zwift. I have had a few connection issues but my WiFi is completely down two floors below me, I am in a town house so I am right on the top in the reef, so that might be my issue, don't let's not blame Zwift or Tacx for that
