My SEBO K3 vacuum cleaner. I've been using a crappy Kenmore canister for over 20 years that had poor suction and leaked dust into the air. The room would smell and my allergies would flare up each time I vacuumed. Suction not as good as I had hoped. Though it is really quiet compared to conventional vacuums. Returned item in hopes to find something with better suction that fills the bag.

Attachments swivel and does not stick honestly The Sebo feels like it was made by people who actually knows what’s needed when vacuum cleaning (unlike the Dyson folks) and nothing is complicated or hard to change! This is the best vacuum I have owned and easily beats Miele, Dyson, Electrolux and many other brands I have owned. Also the Price is well worth the product!

It's also capable of dealing with this kind of debris on the occasional low or high-pile rug and has a HEPA filter to trap allergens as you clean. I recommended going to a local dealer. I just got a Sebo K3 with 8 bags, filter replacement and the turbo brush attachment for $650. Plus supporting and knowing the person who will probably service your machine is nice too.

The vacuum was received 2 weeks ago and has been used 4 times. I have changed the bag, inspected the filter as well as looked for clogs everywhere..

There's nothing really better than a power nozzle canister (like the SEBO K3) for being able to tackle a variety of surfaces. You probably wouldn't end up using the ET-1 powerhead as much if you moved someplace with hard floors and area rugs, but the SEBO K3's still gonna be a top tier vacuum when equipped with a hard floor nozzle. If it's not included in the box, I'd highly recommend getting the Premium Parquet head. Best hard floor tool on the market IMO

Miele vacuums tend to look premium and be very well-built, as well as easy to maintain.

The SEBO K3 is wonderfully quiet. The exhaust air passes through what looks like a cushy bumper around the perimeter of the canister. Hence, the name "Airbelt." This excellent design helps account for the quiet operation of the machine

I guess on higher priced models you can get this but again this is where it is confusing to pick out the model you need. Overall I think it was a bit expensive for a vacuum and for not having the powered handle/floor piece (sorry I can't remember what it is called). At this price you would think it is a high end vacuum but for the Miele line I guess it is only mid-range.

But for the money, it's not much of an improvement over my old vac, and the cord retraction and inability to disconnect the powerhead with your foot are starting to really irritate me. What really makes it irritating is that they would seem to be easy fixes, and I don't know why they have not made that change. If I had a time machine and could go back 12 months, I'd get another Progressive vac, or try a different vac. I would not buy this again

I'd just like to add how impressed I am with the filters. Oh, and the product description claims this is 'Petrol' color, but despite dropping this much money on a vacuum I gather you get whatever they send. In my case it was 'Pacific Blue,' which is closer to green than blue. I don't care, but just FYI!

You do lose sealed HEPA filtration with that but the filtration is very good with those machines
