Typically, when you have a base, that's thick, it tends to bottom out within a year of use, and that is something that i didn't want to happen, because i'm planning to have this chair for a very long time so spending the extra 100 made sense to me. Considering that my base would be made of breathable mesh now, is this chair worth the expense of price? Point 500 is a lot of money for a chair, and you have to think to yourself. Are you really going to be taking full advantage of all the features that this chair has to offer? If all you want is a simple basic ergonomic chair with none of the fancy bells and whistles that this chair has, then you could easily save two to three hundred dollars and just pick up a simple ergonomic chair

This is the mavic's m9 ergonomic slash gaming chair now, if you guys have tuned in my streams before you know how much i complain about my current regular, you know basic gaming chair and how uncomfortable it is. The armrest recently fell off yesterday and it has been causing me a lot of back issues, so i finally decided to pull the trigger and pick up an expensive ergo chair now, prior to picking up a new chair for my gaming and streaming setup

 I did a lot of research comparing a bunch of popular chairs such as secret, lab chairs, mavic's chair, the ergo chair two and a bunch more and after a lot of research watching a bunch of youtube videos, and even talking to some of my friends who have Personally owned some of these shares, i came to the conclusion that the mavic share would be the best chair to pick up for my personal needs. Now this chair came in at a whopping price of 555. I did use a discount code and was able to get it down to around 500, but still that is a lot of money for a chair now you might be thinking, that's a complete waste of money, but if you think about it for me, as somebody who Does a lot of video editing streaming and even school at my desk setup having a good chair is essential and i really need to you know, invest in a solid chair, so spending 500 to me. While that is a lot of money - and i had to consider this a lot - it made sense, so i picked up the all black with no modifications or know of the additional things that you could add on when you actually go to purchase

She felt like the backrest provides enough support for her, and she also really liked the armrests in terms of downsides. For me, it would be the lack of a dedicated lumbar support, with my exact configuration i feel like. I would need that extra lumbar support the series one has it by default, but with this one it's an extra 15 dollars for the extra 3d knit

 First, in line is me now you might ask why i'd be a good candidate to review chairs? Well, i've tried my fair share of chairs over the years working at various tech companies, and i've also tried many chairs at home, including this one. I have a pretty weak back overall, especially in the upper region, and it hurts easily if i'm not using a proper chair. So my back will tell me if a chair passes the comfort test. Next judge is my girlfriend

 If you can spare the extra cash as it has pretty much everything i am looking for, you get adjustable armrests, seat, depth and tilt tension. The biggest downside is how the armrests are attached to the back, so they're, not the most comfortable when laying back but other than that. It'S a really comfortable chair, and i don't mind using this one. Instead of my gesture, even for long sessions and finally, the steelcase series 2, where you get everything the one had, plus better armrest that stay parallel with your work surface with even softer pads super comfortable for this one, i would recommend the micro knit back plus lumbar Support as i personally prefer, the stock series 1 back between the two still a nice share with considerable upgrades compared to the series 1, but it does start to become expensive

The back is contoured for full support, and there is an adjustable lumbar support that is supportive, but not too obtrusive as some lumbar supports that I have experienced on other chairs. No tools were needed.  The chair is quite comfortable. The seat cushion is somewhat firm, but not uncomfortably so

 It does not roll as freely on carpeting due to the added resistance of the carpet.  This is a good office chair for an office environment, and it should hold up well to daily use. Steelcase offers a 12-year warranty on this product, so they must also put faith in its ability to hold up well.

 If you chose the headrest option for your chair today, i'm going to show you how to install it you're going to need a t25 torx bit to remove the screws from the backrest [ Music ]. First, you want to pull your headrest out all the way then line it up with the back and push up until you hear it. Click into place then use the provided screws to screw the headrest into the back [ Music ] first impressions series: two, you know i really like the look, it's very familiar to me. It it's similar, i think, to the emea chairs, especially with that back

 It'S a little firm of the seat, excited to take some more time and spend some more time with this one. I feel like, if you're a shorter person, this chair would be a good fit for you overall, pretty comfortable, though i mean i wish it fit me a little better, but i can see it being a comfortable chair for someone a little smaller or shorter than i Am overall thoughts, i think it's a pretty decent chair, a significant upgrade to the series one, but i do prefer the emea, the thing and the leap over this chair just because of the recline functionality, so not a bad design, but not my favorite steel case chair And that was the unboxing and first impressions of the steel case, series 2.. Unboxing & First Impressions: Steelcase Series 2 Office Chair

I did so much research and studied about chairs that cost between 400-800. I would only recommend this chair if it’s under 450. This is not something I would buy if it’s over 500. The back support is average and arm rests are good but the cushion is below average
