It has a firmness layer you can change if you don’t like what you bought, or if it wears out over time. And customer service is excellent! I bought a plush initially and changed it for a medium and they didn’t charge me to change it.

I really like the tempurpedic luxe breeze but my husband doesn’t love the price and I’ve read some mixed reviews about their durability. Can anyone recommend any mattresses that might have a similar feel? I like the soft version.
