The shape is not for me (too long and not high enough of a hump to cup with my hand). But 8KHz polling is amazing and the difference in game was instantly noticeable for me. While it's been billed at as an egg shaped mouse, the Orochi is distinct that it chooses a shorter length and distinct asymmetrical curves. The left side of the mouse offers a countered groove to place your thumb which gives better control while holding the mouse. This mean's its not perfectly ambi but for right handed users I think that's a plus. The design looks minimal and it's just a great looking mouse in even its stock form

I bought the used very good condition mouse from amazon and it looks brand new. The mouse itself is very ergonomic and comfortable, a new favorite for me. I have had issues with mice being too small in the past but this feels perfect for me. All buttons feel very nice to press and the scroll wheel is uniquely nice

Prior to buying this mouse I was using a mouse I bought at Goodwill that was super old and didn't really offer good dpi settings, so this mouse was an extreme improvement in terms of allowing me to refine my movements much more and was a big help in aim. Of course this mouse won't magically improve your gameplay but it will smooth things out for you and be a good help. Recommend for someone looking for a gaming mouse for the first time.

There's nothing to say about RGB lighting because the only RGB part on the mouse is being covered by your palm and you never see it. One downside of side buttons is that if you want to use them all, those that are on the opposite side of your thumb will be tricky to use.
