LG C1 vs LG C8

The sound from the LG speakers do amazingly well. I used it for several days with just these speakers and found them easy to hear voice. Since I'm older and listened to a lot of loud music when younger my hearing is not what it used to be. Kids today with their earbuds and headphones should really start to learn sign language now

Instructions unreadable, must download and app. on phone or. Terrible sound quality and will not connect to other headphones or other sound systems. Their soundbar is proprietary and expensive

The 5 stars is for the best picture quality you can get without going into the ridiculously high end home theater market (think Best Buy's Magnolia showroom where a single remote runs about $1,000, and only a professional has the security key to set it up).

I ordered through Amazon but the seller was Woot and there was a minor communication issue between Amazon, Woot and the shipping company (CEVA Logistics) who were not given my phone number to call me directly to schedule delivery and only had a phone number Amazon (CEVA logistic could not reach anyone at the number), so I missed them when they first tried delivering on the 11th. Fortunately, the delivery company left a door card with a phone number so I was able to call the delivery company directly to schedule delivery on Monday. First time ordering a big ticket item like this "Amazon Renewed" and felt it was a bit of a gamble, but in my case it proved to be worth the risk and saving $700 on the cost of the 2021 model.
