I have had my queen size Layla Hybrid for almost a year and I am still very happy. The mattress has held up well. I use the firm side, which has been great for me as a 5'10", 190 lb side sleeper with minor shoulder and hip issues.

Night 1: Chose the soft side to try first, went in with some back pain after building the bed frame and lugging the mattress up a flight of stairs. Keep in mind this thing is heavy, around 128 lb in the box. Sadly the two included pillows were missing, so if those ever arrive I'll review as well. Anyway soft side you definitely sink a bit, I'd give it around a 4/10 for firmness. Definitely comfortable but back did flair up depending on my position. Edge support is good, feels well built. Temperature was perfect, didn't notice any excessive warmth so no issue there. Overall happy with the purchase so far, but will probably switch to firm tonight to see any difference. 



Night 2: Nooow we're talking. Switched to firm, no regrets. Flipping the mattress was fairly easy, but definitely recommend a partner to help. Super comfortable regardless, firmness at around a 7/10 I'd say. No issues with back pain, felt great in all positions. Still no problem with temperature. Very satisfied with this mattress so far so we'll see how it feels in a few more days. In addition, Layla already reached out and has shipped those missing pillows so bonus points for excellent customer service. Onward!

Leesa Hybrid Mattress Review (MUST WATCH)

I think I like that Sealy Norman Hybrid, but read some "low quality" concerns from Sealy and wanna stear away from MF (even though it does come with an adjustable base, I'll probably never use it). Never had a good mattress and looking to spend about 1000-1500 max

 So what does all that mean? Well, First off, speaking of breathability and cooling should be quite a breathable mattress with the breathable cover ventilation here with the top layer of polyfoam. Answer: Room for airflow with the coils should be a good match for hot sleepers in that respect. Also, just looking at durability as well should be quite durable mattress with the coils. High density foams should last for between seven and ten years

 It's not really what you get with the Leesa hybrid, it is more bouncy and responsive. And last but not least, speaking of price, right now, it's around seventeen hundred dollars for a queen size. A very good deal for what you're getting, but it might be outside of some people's price ranges. If you're taking a look at the Lisa hybrid mattress, you might wanna know how it compares to one of its major competitors, the Casper Hybrid

 It is zoned. It's a zone support system. Basically, it's firmer towards the center, softer towards the head and foot of the mattress. This makes the Casper Hybrid feel firmer, more supportive when you're back and stomach sleeping and more comfortable

 It is also ventilated for airflow. Below that, a layer of memory foam can has more of that slow moving feel. Below that you're gonna have a layer of poly foam. and then you're gonna have your supportive coils here as well and a small layer of poly foam on the bottom here for everything to rest on

 She like firm and I like soft, some how this mattress is a perfect fit for us both. The one compliant I have is that the mattress is not true to size, we have a king and the dimensions of our mattress is a couple inches smaller than standard king size dimensions. We addressed this with the company and after sending a few pictures, they replaced the mattress, BUT the new mattress is again slightly smaller than standard king size dimensions. This has no affect on the comfort level, but it does look odd on our platform bed

Hi everyone, I am a lightweight side sleeper looking for a medium soft hybrid mattress twin size in Canada. Budget around 600 cad range. Thinking maybe to try the online bed in a box first, since most store mattress choice under 1000 is quite limited (and also I don’t own a car to go around store by store). 

We are not comfortable as a couple with plush soft but we both want support and softness. What are some examples we should be considering to meet both of our needs?

Help! We value your input and are thinking an internal split King DIY but are unsure which company would be best to purchase from and I am lost as to what we should purchase..Hybrid, all latex?

There is a local small mattress manufacturer that u/the_leviathan711 pulled up for me; they have a model that is 6" solid latex over 6-8" extremely high density polyfoam (can't recall, but its basically the support) that comes in 5 grades of softness. I enjoyed their "softer" model but they run around $4000 so we're iffy on that.

. but if someone can provide some info/experience with it, that would make me feel more secure in the decision.

Additionally- having tried #1 and #4 myself, I'd say I like the feel of #4 more- it felt much more supportive, and extremely cozy when I threw a cheap 2" topper over it... I'm guessing because of the fact that it is 6" latex as opposed to a relatively thin layer over some coils
