I have had my queen size Layla Hybrid for almost a year and I am still very happy. The mattress has held up well. I use the firm side, which has been great for me as a 5'10", 190 lb side sleeper with minor shoulder and hip issues.

I’ve had for 3 days so far never had a bad chemical smell and mattress reached full size in about 5-6 hours. It isn’t anywhere near as firm as I was hoping however will update with a future review. Giving 3 stars at the moment because firmness is off, especially at the edge. I’m 511 and 185 pounds

I think I like that Sealy Norman Hybrid, but read some "low quality" concerns from Sealy and wanna stear away from MF (even though it does come with an adjustable base, I'll probably never use it). I keep getting caught up in layers of foam, thinking that some of the brands with only 2-3 layers are suckers, or that Tufts and Needle doesn't count because it's not actual memory foam (original TF is 740 for a king right now). I just want something that is hopefully great from the first go, and has a refund policy I can trust if I need it (which is apparently not a given with Nectar or Zinus).

But they are very comfortable. If you want a foam bed, you should get a hybrid, because the spring layer will allow some air flow to cool you, I would avoid "all foam" with your weight and heat preference. Try a Leesa hybrid or another hybrid instead of an all foam nectar.

I was skeptical of nectar as first, but ladies and gentlemen, this is the best mattress I've ever had in my entire life. She like firm and I like soft, some how this mattress is a perfect fit for us both. The one compliant I have is that the mattress is not true to size, we have a king and the dimensions of our mattress is a couple inches smaller than standard king size dimensions. We addressed this with the company and after sending a few pictures, they replaced the mattress, BUT the new mattress is again slightly smaller than standard king size dimensions. This has no affect on the comfort level, but it does look odd on our platform bed

I ordered this mattress TWICE. First time, the wrong size was delivered. The box delivered said King, but inside was a Queen. I reordered again, a Second time, received a King however it was warped on the edges; it did not increase in size to the required dimensions

Out of the box no instructions. The bed didn't inflate it is now 36 hours later and still not fully inflated but that isn't the worst part. The mattress has a powerful odor like pvc cement. My sister said hers had the same scent issue and they threw away the pillows because they were just too strong and the scent never came out of them
