Our Take on the KSwiss Ultrashot 3 Tennis Shoe - YouTube

 The fit is going to be really similar to the Ultra Shot 2 and 1, but like Jay mentioned, it is a more well cushioned mid-foot sole underneath there. Overall, stability of the shoe, durability, I felt very confident like Sage mentioned as well in any kind of split-second decision or directional change on the court. I was the lucky one to get two pairs of these, so this is probably one of the longer play tests that I've had, and I've had at least 40 hours of hard court play on both of these shoes. I've still got some wear left in them

 I never overheated, but I did dampen the shoes after a long session. The 3, here we go, it's definitely more well cushioned underfoot. The fit is going to be really similar to the Ultra Shot 2 and 1, but like Jay mentioned, it is a more well cushioned mid-foot sole underneath there. Overall, stability of the shoe, durability, I felt very confident like Sage mentioned as well in any kind of split-second decision or directional change on the court

 And right from the bat it's a very comfortable shoe, I loved the plush cushioning, I felt very cushioned, no aches or pains or anything when I was even in long hitting sessions in this shoe. It broke in super quickly too within the first hour of hitting, the shoe felt like it was flexing and moving with my foot really well, so I enjoyed that portion of it. I did manage to get some slide on this one, I'm not a big hardcore slider but I do slide out of shots occasionally, and in this shoe I thought I had a nice controlled slide out of some really aggressive lateral plants, and I most importantly felt in control of that slide. And then there was enough traction too to help me sprint to the next ball, but it really does have that give that you need when you want to pivot and make those fine adjustment steps

 Boone, how did this UltraShot work for you? Overall, this is a great shoe for me. Underfoot, it was great with the GuyGlide midsole and the Aosta rubber compound. I got a really good, comfortable ride, very stable. Stability is one of the main story lines for this shoe, and although it's a little wider in the toe box and I have a narrower foot like you, it did fit my foot very well

 It's probably one of my top shoes of the year, right up there in the top three. Really like the look of the shoe, I thought the traction was perfect, I had enough grip for quick movements around the core, and I had just enough give to have me slide out of shots nicely and not put too much pressure on my ankles. I thought the stability was top notch. As the other guys mentioned, they've got a great shank, the upper holds my feet really well

 It needed a slight break-in, but after that, these shoes felt very comfortable. And I thought the performance was what was most impressive for me. Shoes felt very stable on court. I was able to move side to side with no problems at all

 I thought the traction was amazing. I think that heavy weight, the extra heft to it, is allotted more to the outsole, which held up amazingly throughout this playtest. And the stability was great. That shank holds up really well on aggressive movements
