 Yeah I mean from the start the shoe was really comfortable when I slid my foot into it. Definitely like the other, like Jay and Chris have already mentioned I was slipping around in the front a little bit too much. One thing I did like was the added cushioning around the heel. I really noticed that really held my heel in place

Absolutely.  Beautiful construction and design.

 Once I got it on court, it was just like everything from the very first generation. Really stable, really comfortable. The traction was great. I felt like I could slide in and out of my shots just a little bit, so not too sticky

 When I was sprinting around the court, traction was really good, had enough grip to make a quick first step and to come to a controlled stop, and yet if I wanted to slide out of a shot slightly, I could do that just by unweighting my outside foot, and I got a nice controlled slide out of the shoe. I thought durability was really good as well. The shoe flexed well on my toes, so when I was pushing off, the shoe felt comfortable, light and fast on my feet, and it actually feels a lot lighter than the specs would indicate. So a fun playtest for me, and I think if you've got a medium to a wider fit in the forefoot, you're going to really enjoy this one

 Now let's check in with him to hear his thoughts on the Hypercord Express 2. I thought the very first generation of the Hypercord Express was really comfortable and plush underfoot and I felt the same with this generation as well. It was really comfortable and this one, like the first version, felt a little bit more generous in the forefoot and has a little bit lower arch, which was great for me. I think the biggest improvement I noticed was the support

 Overall, my foot is a little on the narrow side, maybe not quite as narrow as Chris's, but this shoe is definitely wider, like the first iteration of the Hypercourt Express, especially through the forefoot. So I had to cinch the shoe up pretty snugly to get a good proper fit, but just the overall width of the shoe and the construction of it lends itself to be a very stable ride in any direction on the court. The outsole seems to be about the same tread pattern and compound as the Hypercourt Supreme, also the previous Hypercourt Express and the Ultra Shot. So this has worked great for me on pretty much any hard court that I've played on

KSwiss Hypercourt Express 2 Tennis Shoe Review - YouTube

Love the quality shoes but the sizing doesnt seem 100% accurate. My shoe size is 10 wide but these seemed slightly long and my biggest grief is lack of arch support.

 I'm 6'2", 215lbs and have high arches. I place after market insoles(Superfeet) in most of my shoes. With the Superfeet insoles in place, I can give a 5-star rating.

I've never owned a pair of K-swiss but had read several positive reviews on the K-swiss court shoes. Out of the box the fit well and I was impressed with them but not enough to give 5 stars(4 stars). I'm 6'2", 215lbs and have high arches. I place after market insoles(Superfeet) in most of my shoes

The Good: these shoes are so stable I am able to play while lessening impact on my shins and knees. Very agile and forgiving when you land hard.

As a lifter/runner I have never had this fitting problem

I play a lot of tennis and had always played in cross-trainers. After slipping a couple of times chasing down balls, I decided to get real tennis shoes. These have been great! Tons of grip on the court, haven't slipped since. Good shoes for tennis!

If you need a great wet traction I recommend any shoe with Vibram Megagrip outsole. Also, La Sportiva shoes tend to have excellent wet traction.

So I love my Nike Wild Horse 7’s for several reasons (cushion, fit, drop)….but I hate how instantly slippery they get when it’s wet. Their grip sucks. As fall and rainy weather is coming, I’m looking for recommendations for a trail shoe that is similar (higher drop,~8mm; relatively cushioned; fit) but also doesn’t react to wet rocks and wood like I just poured oil on the outsoles. Appreciate any recommendations from folks who’ve run in the WH especially. TIA!

A trail that’s like Wild Horse 7, but doesn’t slip when it’s wet?

Also you're going to want to specifically define what you mean by lightweight because while the Lone Peak 5 is lighter than hiking shoes and boots, it is heavier compared to other trail shoes in the medium stack category and weighs about as much as some high/max shoes. If you're thinking Lone Peak 5, I'd suggest the Topo Terraventure 3 because the latter has a Vibram Megagrip outsole that outperforms Altra's MaxTrac while generally being comparable to the LP5.

-Saucony excursion Tr11
