Generally, the best I can do is search for average width products that run a little bit on the narrow side. I found a New Balance shoe in this price range a few years ago that met this criteria and have been buying those ever since, but it was time to find something new this time around.

The K-Swiss Bigshot Light tennis shoe is a great fit on my foot, perhaps even better than the K-Swiss shoes I wore years ago. And as the name suggests, it is very light-weight yet seems to be very sturdy and built for the type of support and durability that hard court tennis requires from a shoe. I've only worn it around the house for a few hours, hence the 4 stars is all I can offer now, but I'm already confident this was a good choice. I would recommend the K-Swiss Bigshot Light tennis shoe

 Next up we have Hannah, now you have a narrow width foot and this is a little bit wider shoe, it's also your first K-Swiss shoe, can you tell me your thoughts? Yeah there were parts of this shoe that I really did like, first and foremost though I did have a break in period with this shoe, it felt really stiff to me off the bat and after the first time I played in it it was a lot more comfortable, the uppers did remain pretty stiff. Other than that though I did feel like this shoe was really light, I felt fast on my feet and that I could maneuver around the court well. The cushioning was pretty middle of the road which I liked which helped me move faster not too bulky and the ventilation support and stability I found to be really great on this shoe. Two things to mention are like you said it did fit a lot wider so I did have to cinch up the laces a lot and my foot was sliding around a little bit

Also the lateral forefoot part of this was a little bit bulky and I did catch that edge a little bit but other than that this was a great play test. I also play tested this shoe and when I slipped it on my feet the first thing I noticed was the pretty plush cushioning underfoot as well as the cushioning on the tongue which I really enjoyed

 Overall I found this to be a really classic shoe and it does everything pretty well. Next up we have Michelle, now you are no stranger to K-Swiss shoes, you've play tested several different of their models, what'd you think of this one? Yeah this one just like a lot of their shoes is going to be a really comfortable option for most players. I had no issues with the fit so my foot was nice and comfortable right in there and I found the cushioning to be nice and supportive which I appreciated. My favorite aspect of this shoe is the stability that this shoe offers, it was awesome

New balance does not offer a size 14 1/2 so I have to wear a size 15 with thick socks. The 806 fixes both these issues, with a much longer tongue and a much better loop lacing system for the last set of eyelets, very well placed for extra stability in the heel.
