Hello, I’m looking for a good overdrive pedal that will work well with another high gain distortion pedal? Currently I’m using a RAT2 distortion pedal with a Plumes overdrive pedal. They sound great together, the only issue is, with the overdrive on, it creates a lot of noise. It’s not overwhelming or anything, but it’s there even with my noise suppressor pedal on. So I guess I’m looking for a good truly transparent overdrive pedal? Any recommendations? Thanks!

Dagan Reviews the MXR Sugar Drive - Sweeter Than A Klon Pedal!

 It's never really been a problem to me. I've always been a fan of the, you know, sort of like mid to size enclosure and in comparison, you know, obviously there's a good amount of size, but I wish they would make a, you know, a little bit bigger version of this just so I could fit it like symmetrically on my pedal board. So I won't have to like come up with like tetracy ways to fit pedals or just just a personal trait. I think more companies should offer both small and large enclosures

 I think that's 119 could be 129. Let me double check. Yeah. So it's 119, which is a great price for a overdrive as solid as this

 And I think for a good sounding overdrive that can put you exactly where you want to be, the MXR Sugar Drive is exactly where you want to be.
