The best lightweight mouse in the mid-range we've tested is the Glorious Model I. Most lightweight mice are designed for fast-paced FPS gaming, but more ergonomic models well suited for playing a variety of games are starting to appear. This mouse has an ergonomic, right-handed shape similar to popular multi-genre gaming mice, like the Logitech G502 HERO or the Razer Basilisk V3. The big difference is this one is significantly lighter, weighing just shy of 70g, which is about 30g or so lighter than these other models.

This mouse has four side buttons, two of which are magnetic, allowing you to swap them out for differently shaped buttons or remove them entirely if you want. Performance-wise, it has extremely low click latency and excellent overall sensor performance. Unfortunately, unlike most other multi-genre options, its scroll wheel doesn't have left and right tilt inputs or a free-scrolling mode. That said, it's a great option if you prefer an ultra-light version of a more ergonomic mouse with plenty of programmable inputs.

If you're interested in a mouse with even more programmable buttons, the SteelSeries Aerox 9 Wireless is designed for MMO/MOBA gaming. It has a full 12-button side panel and honeycomb-shaped cutouts in its shell to help reduce its weight. That said, it's a higher-priced option without a cheaper wired-only version available.

Programmable mouse for coding

I really liked everything about this mouse except the size. The plastic is nice, lightweight glide, tracking, buttons and software are all good. The ascended cord is also really nice. However the mouse is simply too small for me to comfortably palm grip like i can with my razer death adder that’s only slightly larger

The media could not be loaded. This is my first “lightweight mouse” and it feels much more natural. The size/shape is perfect, it feels similar to the Razer Mamba I previously had. It feels great, looks great, is super lightweight

 The outer cable material is almost “loose,” with excess length, so it bunches up. To this day, I can’t get the cable to look normal. It always looks twisted or bent/bunched up. Is it a “big deal?” No, just looks, and is, stupid

Looks and Feels great!

 Plugged it in and it immediately felt right in the hand. The software to control lighting and DPI settings is very simple and easy to navigate and the best part it uses very little to no computer resources once it is closed. Where as Corsairs ICUE uses 100+mb of Ram and Razer Synapses uses 70ishMb all the time.  The mouse weight 68/69 grams is super nice, the shape was exactly what I was looking for and the holes didn't trigger my trypophobia (anxiety from multiple clustered holes)

The wire is high quality and doesn't drag. The mouse allows for a palm/hybrid grip that had great shape for ergonomics too

  So wired mice seemed like the best choice, but I didn't have any luck finding a option that felt right for my hand or grip, mice were either too small and forcing a claw grip, or too flat in shape and causing a non ergo grip or just being too slippery or wide or having janky wires. 1st world problems I know, but if your dropping $50+ on something, it better feel right or function correctly IMO. Thankfully Youtube suggested a video of a mouse called the Glorious -D/D and after a few dozen reviews decided to give them a shot being Amazon I knew I could return it if it didn't work out.  It arrived packaged neatly, and a sweet little box

 When we battle in-game, I still come out on top!  At the end of the day, though, I know this mouse is just a metaphor to a crucial lesson: the “Latest and Greatest” doesn’t always mean the best. We can find pleasure and even become masters in even simple, cheap things, such as my mouse. It doesn’t always have to be the rich kid with an extravagant $120 dollar game-destroyer who wins. It could just be an economical Glorious Model D- that comes out on top, just like mine

There isn't much more to say than has already been said by others - the mouse is good, not exceptional. It may even be better than good given the reasonable price.  That said, the mouse wheel squeaks, and it is annoying as hell. I'm not alone in that by a long shot

I quickly stopped using it. I see it now as a mouse you would get for the office because you've already got a Basilisk V2/Ultimate and enjoy the shape.

2020 is the year I discovered actually good Razer mouses

Almost Great But Rubber Grip Can Deterioate And There's No Replacement....

I much prefer the hand stability that comes from a more solid mouse, so I'm looking for something around the 120g mark, give or take maybe 15g on either side but preferably around that range.

For reference, I currently use the Steelseries Sensei Pro with a symmetrical palm grip, and while I greatly enjoy its ambidextrous shape and button layout, I don't care for the bloatware that accompanies it, and I would like to move to something just a little heavier. I also really want to avoid rubberised surfaces, as I find that after a year of use they become impossible to clean.

So, where did all the higher weight gaming mice go, and are the ones that still exist any good? I also prefer cabled mice (or at the very least mice which actually work without pairing when plugged in. I just loath Bluetooth.)

Non-Lightweight Gaming Mice?

It's rare that I write any reviews but this is definitely mouse that is worth it. I think Razer did a really good job here. The ergonomics and comfort of the basilisk as always been a plus to me. It's a decent sized mouse but even with my hands not being big I still find it very comfortable
