After logging in, i remembered a comment on one of my posts recommending not to install anything from MB manufactures websites, and let windows update install drivers, then download the chipset directly from AMD. I did so, and OMG everything is working as it should now! Temps are down, performance is up and the games finally run as they should!

 My CPU immediatly shot to 85c and started on 1.3v. The tool ran until 1.45v and hitting thermal limits at 4

 At this point i just wanted a working PC i could play my favorite titles on. So i messaged the shop i bought everything from and told them i wanted to return everything and swap for intel.

 High temps, poor cinabench performance and games had the same LUA issue. I just switched off the PC and let it be, so angry lol.

 If you don't need these then you can save the money and get the Pro (or perhaps the Elite). One other thing to bear in mind is that idle power consumption on all X570 boards seems to be quite high (most likely due to the X570 chipset). If idle power is an issue, a B450 board may be a better choice.

 Not only that, the heatsink fan is too high place so the graphics card covers it, but it is also covered with a metal cover which causes the chipset to heat up quite a bit and the fan accelerates to almost 2000 rpm. Gigabyte X570 AORUS Ultra rev 1.2 - Motherboard Review - Benchmarks ft. Ryzen 7 5800X

 Easy bios update with a Q Flash Plus button. You can easily update your bias from a Usb stick and you do not need Cpu memory or a graphics card in order to do so. Thunderbolt Add In Card internal Header: Unfortunately, this motherboard doesn't have a built-in Thunderbolt connector, but since a board supports Thunderbolt add-in cards, you can get it separately if needed. This is probably not for a casual Pc owner, but I thought I need to mention such an interesting feature

 Gigabyte is using quite a lot of plastic, especially on heatsinks. In some cases, this might affect Vrm thermals, but this board has decent temps so nothing to worry about. I will run through. main features of this board: Decent Ram overclocking X570r solderer has four dem slots that supports over 5100 megahertz memory, so there should be some room for playing with ram overclocking if that's your thing, Three and the two slots all of them covered with nice looking heatsinks and support super fast Gen 4 Nvme drives

 Our soldier supports quite a few fans as it has 7 fan headers. All of them are 4 pin meaning Pvm controlled. Also, you will be able to connect quite a few Rgb fans or Led strips as the board has free Rgb and two addressable Rgb headers. That's definitely not all the features of this board, but more or less the more important ones

 12 plus 2 phase Vrm: Nothing too impressive here as you can find similar Vrms in cheaper 200 Usd boards like Asus Stuff Gaming x570 Plus, but our Soul Drive has quite decent heatsinks, so the temperature will more likely be cooler than on a cheaper board. Usb Type-c Support: You can find a rear Type-c connector as well as a Type-c internal header for connecting Pc case front panel. Our soldier supports quite a few fans as it has 7 fan headers. All of them are 4 pin meaning Pvm controlled

 My front panel USB one port worked, one port didn't, the rear USB was hit or miss, sometimes one of the ports worked and then it didn't. And even on the second BIOS release, I think this board is not ready for release yet and it just feels a little bit too rushed even one month in. Now I have no reason to believe that Gigabyte won't address that in a future BIOS update, but we are getting out of the early adopter stage being about a month in and that there is the main reason why I can't recommend it just yet. Now if there could be a nail in the coffin for this board, check this out

 Just like the previous Z590i and Z490i boards from Gigabyte, it's a well-made board. It's a heavy, thick PCB. It's got a substantial backplate, and this is a 10 plus 1 plus 2 VRM setup with 105 amp stages, so it is quite overkill for stock use, for even, say, a 12900K, but good power delivery is always fine, and it's a boon for stable overclocking. A total of four fan headers for a mini ITX board, that's plenty, and there's a regular four-pin header at the top of the board next to the EPS power right here, and then there's two mini headers that need a dongle like this

 There's a total of seven Type A ports and one Type C port at the back, 2.5G ethernet, and not so great on the audio, since it just has a line out and mic, but it's okay. Wi-Fi 6, and you've got a Type C front header right here, and an internal 2.0 header that can be split out to two downstream devices with a dongle

Gigabyte Z690 ITX Ultra... Ultra Headache?

 Next is the Cryrix C7. This one seems to fit but it will require the new bracket. But I could not find it anywhere in the US. For the Alpenform Black Ridge, the cooler is not compatible due to the tall VRM heatsink

 I am very pleased with the look and the performance on the new build. However, one thing I do not like is the Gigabyte motherboard. As mentioned at the start of the video, it will sneakily install the AppCenter software to your Windows. I had to use Revo Uninstaller Pro to uninstall and get rid of all the leftover files on my PC

 This board also takes very long to boot to the BIOS screen. It needs at least 20 seconds which is very annoying. However, it is the only high-end DDR4-Z690 RTX board that can handle a 2900K if you go with DDR5, stay away from it and grab the Asus or pick the MSI if you need better cooler compatibility. It is time for my 9900K system to retire and I think I had so much fun with it
