If you are old or arthritic your hands may not have the strength to press the lever all the way down and hold it while removing the blade. Then repeat the process again to put in another blade. Quite painful for me. I can get it done but it takes too much effort

2) The knife is big but not heavy. I have other knives of similar size and design that feel almost twice as heavy both in my hand and my pocket. This one is thin enough and light enough that I can almost forget it is in my pocket. Doesn't block my hand from getting things out of my pocket
