 Look. All the hardware is bead blasted. It looks very nice-looking minimalistic two screws there, two screws here, pivot, the pocket clips - will be different than the other quake ins. I like it

 It just Rockets out. This is a very smooth knife. As you see I disengaged a lock bar just Falls. That'S what that bearing system is going to do for you a very smooth and what I kb/s and what any bearing system is going to do for you know, side-to-side play whatsoever

 This is five point four ounces. So a lot heavier than the original quake ins, you know with the g10 and the micarta scales and even Lucas birnley's actual customs with carbon fiber scales, Studies, titanium ones, they're about three point: five out: three point: four ounces. So this adds two ounces to have the titanium. Titanium is not really light, it's lighter than stainless steel, but still pretty chunky, but I don't mind the weight

Alright guys what's going on, so we got another video today now we're looking at a bokor today - and this is the boker kwaiken, and this is the new titanium version now this is relatively new, hasn't been on the market very long. There is a few videos on YouTube about it, so I'm not the first and I wanted to get it right when they came out, but it happened to come out right during the holidays, and I had already been strapped for cash. You know with presents and stuff, and I bought a couple. Knifes waited and I got one just recently

 I got it off the secondary market. I couldn't find one in stock anymore, a knife Center and blades you're out of them. So well the unique thing about this model of the quakin is it's a flipper and it's got titanium scales and a titanium back spacer. So that's pretty awesome the clips a little different

 It gives a knife a better feel. In my opinion, the flipper works just fine and I just got to love that blade shape and I wish I had my original quake in to compare it, but I sold it to fellow youtuber so and I remember the blade being a little different. I could be wrong and some tell me if they've got both. I don't remember this swedge right here being there

 So all right guys! These are my initial impressions of the boker kwaiken, flipper and titanium cool knife. Definitely for the money fit and finish on this knife is really really nice for the price point I mean you can tell that Lucas Burnley definitely had a lot to do with this knife, because it's got a really. I mean the fitnah finish is really nice and it was on the original quakin as well, but even better on this one. So let's definitely worth the upgrade to get the you know the flipper built in already and having the titanium scales

  PS: for a further example of what I am talking about watch Nick Shabazz's video about the Kwaiken on youtube. He berates the heck out of it for the shape of the flipper tab but note he opens and shuts the knife constantly during the entire video for fifteen minutes without effort or a missed flip. This is because he took the knife apart and adjusted it. Nick get over it; you prove the tab works just fine by your very own demonstration

  Seriously go easy if you try this. One other thing to know and if you don't take anything else away from this review this should be it : THERE ARE LOTS OF UNIMAGINABLY SMALL BALL BEARINGS IN THE PIVOT and they will scatter and practically evaporate before your very eyes if you take the knife apart too far. I'm exaggerating but only ever so slightly. DO NOT take the knife pivot all the way apart

I've said it before and I'll say it again.  Flippers OFTEN need to be tuned to work as intended.

 Now it does, though I suppose I had to sacrifice a bit in the way of aesthetics. On the upside, the steel, once I got it thinned down, took a fantastic edge. It *cuts* now. Most factory knives are this way, though

 Here's the good and bad. The good: Close to flawless build quality. No gaps, no uneven finishing. Blade was perfectly centered

 Makes it bit tough to use, though not *too* difficult. Would be much better with the jimping that mini-flipper has. Biggest complaint is that the blade is MUCH too thick at the edge (and mine came dull as dishwater). Makes for a very poor cutter

.titanium scales are easily damaged. Knife fell about two feet to a tile floor and damage to the scales is significant. I have experience with titanium in the aerospace industry and am seriously shocked at the softness of this titanium
