Fluance Ai61 vs Polk Signature Series S15

I love having the super lows of my sub, but I feel like if I change my crossover to let in higher frequencies it gets muddy (cheap sub with big port) so I want some speakers that can really respond quickly and really kick. Ideally at about 120w a channel. For reference I tried some Fluance Ai61's thinking they would do it, but I was thoroughly unimpressed and now I'm wary of bookshelf claims. Or if you have sub recommendations that can do this I'm open to alternatives

Crisp and clean highs, clear mids, the bass took me a while to dial in because the sub is just too big lol. Was able to find a sweet spot where I can still hear the low rumbles and I'm not shaking the walls
