Any kind of string, cable, bag straps, or lightweight clothing gets immediately wrapped around the side or main brushes and brings him to a beeping halt. When he's in a perfectly clean environment, he does okay at not getting stuck, but often re-cleans the same areas and ignores others. The Eufy 11S is good because; - it's relatively quiet - battery is good - it cleans thoroughly - suction is very good - dirt bin is easy to empty - works on low to medium pile rugs as well as floors

I'm worried, and leaning towards returning and finding something else. 1/9/22 ‐Updated post‐ still using it because it dies clean well and the making features are pretty useful. The choice to clean an area '2x' is good with kids because the vacuum will clean the room and I can slide highchairs or whatever might be on the floor in a sifferent spot so it can go and clean those areas the second time around . It still does have a had times getting ti its base sometimes, like 3 out of 10 times its really obvious

Right out of the box, it was very simple to set up and took all of 10 minutes. It comes with a little charge so you can have it dock properly right away. After docking, it took about 3 hours to fully charge the first time and away we went! The unit comes with one extra set of brushes and filters so you don't have to order extras right away. A nice little bonus

Need Ease of Use by clients. This is a sophisticated device. (Using AI, Control electronics) Easy navigation for its purpose of cleaning different sizes and shapes.

It's suction is much stronger than my Roombas have had. It picks up so much dust and pet hair. We do a full vacuum every other week with my Dyson, so I think of the robot vacuum as a supplemental vacuum

The first two times I had to manually clean out the dust bin, because it was packed too tightly. Everyone we talked with robotic vacuums said look for the highest suction power, which was the Yeedi at 3000 Pa {which is equal to .44 psi). Most other robots are under 2000 Pa (

Not worth a dime. Doesn't have adequate suction to pick up dog hair. Never returns to base. I had an inexpensive robotic vacuum that worked great for 3 years

The Yeedi Vac is really a great budget buy. Beats out the E4 in my testing by being much more maneuverable and independent (less prone to getting stuck or tangled and better able to cross large thresholds and carpet/rug lips), with great suction power on carpet.

I went with the EUFY brand simply because of the high reviews and slim design. I also didn't want to have an app on my phone for a vacuum, mostly because the software seemed to be the biggest complaint. I've had my machine for about a week now and the dust of living in the southwest mountains is limited. The dog fur tumbleweeds from 2 German Shepherds are now gone and this also helps with the dust and dirt from a wood stove

I've contacted support and they told me I would have to pick up the robot to fix this issue. This is by design and so, I'm fine with it. I just wish it could travel to the other non-carpet rooms and then continue mopping.The self-emptying is not great

I'm hoping by tomorrow, he will have my hard floor surfaces at bay and he can start working on my low-rise bedroom carpets. Thanks Eufy for humbling me, making my floors look noticeably cleaner, tormenting the dogs and fiance to my amusement and making my home more cleansing for the soul.

The app and basic functionality is well designed and no issues with self-emptying vac station.
