- Boya BY-AP4 for being generally garbage for the money - Elevoc Clear for being great for calls (and that's it). - 1More Stylish for having the worst weight displacement of any earbuds.

What is the worst or most disappointing pair of TWS buds you have ever bought?

 So just behind the advertised battery life there. There's no fast charge here, no wireless charging, takes 90 minutes to charge the buds from dead to full and two hours to charge the case via USB-C. Now the case itself, very similar to the design of the AirPods Pro case here, still a little bit bigger overall, bit of chunk to it, but should still be pretty pocketable. I do like the four LED indicator lights on the bottom of the case there

 So if you'll pick you with your audio, so am I. Let's get into another pick your review. All right, starting with the design of the earbuds themselves and a bit of a rubberized feel on the earbuds with smooth hard plastics on that silver accent there. No indicator lights to be seen, overall a very basic design, but the ergonomics here are similar to AirPods Pro, which makes for pretty comfortable fit

 Now the case itself, very similar to the design of the AirPods Pro case here, still a little bit bigger overall, bit of chunk to it, but should still be pretty pocketable. I do like the four LED indicator lights on the bottom of the case there. Magnets are pretty weak, hinges a bit sloppy and also takes about 11 seconds for the buds to connect to your phone when you take them out of the case. But they're pretty easy to take in and out

 Now you get six sizes of ear tips included, three shallow and three deeper, the largest in the deeper fit work the best for me. And it's nice to see some shallow tips and deep tips here. So comfort here, not going to be on the same level as AirPods Pro since the part of the bud that rests outside the ear canal is still a little bit chunky. So if you have smaller ears, these might not be the best in terms of comfort, but for me, they're not too bad

Incredible Mic Quality! Elevoc Clear (Mic Samples Compared To AirPodsPro, Sennheiser, Jabra)

 For me the 75ts had the ideal size, while the 7 pros are borderline too big, and the Elevocs are just way too big.  - The ear buds are not as comfortable and don't seem to fit as snugly. After using them for an hour or so my ears feel a bit irritated. I've sometimes watched multiple movies on an airplane using the Jabras, while I'm not sure I'd even want to sit through one full movie with these

 I favor high-end, wired, open-back headphones (like the Focal Elex and AKG K7xx), which are obviously in a different league, but the Elevoc seem comparable to the Jabras--maybe not quite as good as the Elite 7 Pros, but better than the Elite 75ts out of the box. The 75ts are way too bass-heavy for my taste, though at least the Jabra app lets you adjust an equalizer to compensate, while the Elevoc app only has one setting, namely to adjust level of ambient sound to pass through in ambient mode.  Now onto the negatives:  - The case is much bigger. I wouldn't want to carry these around in my pocket

This was annoying when pairing them with a linux computer, where I had to type a bunch of commands with one hand (bluetootctl / scan on / pair .

 Let's take a look at the latency performance of the Elevoque Clear and Sony WF-1000XM4. So, are these earbuds good for what it is intended to do? Well, yeah, call quality here is really good even when blasting the background noise and I think the ENC definitely works great here. However I think in 2021, it's not sufficient to justify an earbuds with just one characteristics and more and more buyers or audio enthusiasts are looking for an all-round earbuds that can do almost everything good, if not everything well. So and honestly, we are still waiting for that day to come

 So that's how it sound like with 0% ENC. So now for comparison's sake, this is the Elevoque Clear back at 100% ENC and this is how the environment sound like. So that's the performance of the Elevoque Clear and now let's compare it to a flagship product like the Sony WF-1000XM4. So now we have the Sony WF-1000XM4 at the same environmental noise

 So this is how the flagship 1000 ringgit earbuds sound like at a noisy environment. So do you think that the Elevoque Clear is one of the best for call quality? Let me know in the comment section how does it compare with the Sony. So in terms of the latency, these earbuds are not designed for gaming. So you're going to get that typical lag you get with Bluetooth 5

 So these earbuds also comes with a voice accelerometer which I believe it's used to detect the volume of your speech and adjust it accordingly and Elevoque also uses their technology called Voq Plus AI which is kind of like an AI deep learning algorithm for optimising your voice during voice call. So let's take a look at how it works at 50%. So now I have the Elevoque Clear at 50% ENC and this is how the call quality sound like at a noisy environment. So you can still hear that there's some background noise but it's still relatively soft

 But when I listen to spoken word, or tech reviews, or any kind of review where spoken word is there, or, you know, your daily podcast and all that, I kind of understand why they tune the sound the way they tune it to be. Because all of a sudden, you know, that emphasis in the bass region, whether is it for female vocals or male vocals, you know, gives the vocals a kind of really relaxing quality to it. It makes the vocals very easy to listen, and because of that lack of the treble region in the vocals, you know, it just makes the vocal very pleasing to listen to when it's just spoken word, okay, when it's just spoken word. And you know, I could easily sit through, you know, 15-20 minutes reviews, you know, one hour podcasts with the Everlock Clearbuds, and you know, I feel that my ears are not fatigued at all, right? Very comfortable representation of spoken word

 These have really some amazing software tech built in, you know, just being able to sense my voice and bring it out. So definitely I'm going to be using this a lot on calls. These are not great for music. While it's listenable, you know, I don't see myself listening to a lot of music with these true wireless earbuds, but these are kind of purpose-built for spoken word

 And I think, you know, if I want to be making Zoom calls, I want to be on Webex calls, I want to be using these for talking to people for an hour-long virtual meetings, I think the Everlock Clearbuds are definitely great value for the price of US$59.  And I'm going to put these to three very brutal noise environments. Let's go to the first environment, which is basically just right outside a cinema hall. And you know, when you're outside a cinema hall, you've got the trailers blaring over the TVs. Very challenging environment for any mics on true wireless

 I feel disappointed from the build quality of the device.  Audio quality is decent, comparable to my pixel buds A but as shown in the video, case for pixel buds of same price is leaps and bounds better than this.  Microphone is good, not perfect. The videos i watched hyped this up as an airpods quality mic for 1/3 the price but this is definitely nowhere close

In two years from now, would I say that these would be an amazing buy? I don't know.  I have the environmental noise cancellation set all the way up on these. Let's go outside and give you guys some irregular noise so you can hear what it sounds like on a kind of semi-busy street. Actually, right now the street's empty, but you guys can hear a sound as cars kind of go by. I think that these headphones do a really good job of canceling out constant environmental noise

 It happens on every level of noise cancelling, between 'hear-through', 'ANC', and 'off'.  They Won't Always Stay In. Again, I bought these to replace my gym earbuds, and am disappointed that they don't stay put as well as my previous pair, despite being marketed as 'active'. The worst part is that I can't even feel them falling out until they do
