If you're thinking of Kickstarter buds, well, my experiences are not great in this area. I've tried a few now: Elevoc Clear were pretty rubbish other than great call quality, ApseSonic Mist were pretty trash and Morph Audio still hasn't arrived a year later!

It uses a 6 mic array to very good effect. It has ANC, but it's not crazy strong - good enough, but the Edifier Neobuds Pro and Elevoc Clear are stronger. Sound is very good - trebles are nicely rounded off, bass is a little heavy for my liking but I use Wavelet to tweak anyway, and they respond really nicely to EQ. They can be used for gym etc, and whilst they don't advertise any ipx certification, they're essentially ipx5.
