If you're looking to spend as little as possible on a robot vacuum that still performs well on hardwood floors, consider the yeedi K650. Despite its relatively low price, it does a fantastic job of cleaning pet hair as well as small and bulky debris from flat, even surfaces. It can run for almost four hours in its most energy-efficient 'Quiet' mode, though you might need to increase its power mode to clear especially stubborn debris, which does drop its battery life.

This unit I can run multiple times and after the first time the dust bin hardly has anything in it. The brushes spin at a much better RPM not throwing debris around the house especially in already vacuumed areas which I hated with my older model. The Lidar is much quicker to map out your home and the robot will detect carpet, mark it on the map by shading the area with a light grey diagonal line pattern, and then increase suction power while vacuuming on it. Kids named our vacuum Ruru. I'd love to get the roborock S7 with bin or an iRobot but they are out of my pricerange so have to aim a bit lower in the ranks. It is able to suck up all the cat hair in my house in one pass, whereas the Roomba i7 took 2 or three passes to do the same job. The lidar navigation on the DEEBOT OZMO T8+ is a night and day improvement over the Roomba. It cleans my house in roughly 1/3 the time it took the Roomba, and does a better job. What concerns me is that this thing wanders my tiny condo, in and out of rooms seemingly randomly, for over two hours. And then for nearly another half hour after the battery reads low and the cleaning is supposedly finished. This concerns me because it seems that this would wear down the battery prematurely, and I would need this to last a while. I feel like 4 stars is probably generous given my concerns

That was with preparation! I wanted this to be easy and it became quite apparent this would not be. If you had no kids, no animals, and we're a clean person, this would be incredible! If you have to pick up and organize before you robo vacuum, then I'm not sure it's really a timesaver. So, I'd rather do it myself and leave the frustration behind.

As we all know hardwood floors and tile historically require a lot of maintenance, especially with small children. I typically have to vacuum daily to maintain the cleanliness of my floors. Since I have purchased this vacuum I no longer have to worry about cleaning my floors at all! All I have to do is press a little button on my phone and off the vacuum goes to clean all the floors in my house without another thought. And when it’s done it will return to the charging station on its own
