Ecovacs Deebot T8+ vs yeedi K650

I may consider purchasing the shaker mop, but for the time being, I vacuum one day, mop the next, then one day off, so the floors are actually staying pretty clean. The T8 works its away around all our chair legs very nicely, and it only got stuck once, behind a curtain. I'm not sure why it didn't avoid the curtain, but this is very good performance in my opinion. We have a small dog and I read that if your dog has an pooping accident, robots won't stop and go around, instead smearing the accident as it goes

It cleaned my carpet very well, managing to extract crumbs I didn't even know were there. The side brushes seemed to aid in bringing tiny particles toward the dustbin.

Yes, its really good with that - much better than the normal brush rolls with bristles. I tried the Ecovacs T8+ before and that one i needed to clean every 2 days with my 2 long haired cats. Sometimes you need to remove the hair on the ends - also on the little spinning bristle. But thats fast and easy - much less maintanance than other robot vaccuums

If you're looking to spend as little as possible on a robot vacuum that still performs well on hardwood floors, consider the yeedi K650. Despite its relatively low price, it does a fantastic job of cleaning pet hair as well as small and bulky debris from flat, even surfaces. It can run for almost four hours in its most energy-efficient 'Quiet' mode, though you might need to increase its power mode to clear especially stubborn debris, which does drop its battery life.

Your furniture, cabinets, stairs or drop offs, no go zones all need to be subtracted from the SF. It’s actually fairly quiet (on tile or hardwood floors on medium) that you can run it at night. Carpet mode or max suction is louder. It does map out and have a back and forth logic unlike first gen robot vacuums that just randomly turn away as they bump into things

Kids named our vacuum Ruru. It is our first robot vacuum and I didn’t have high expectations to begin with, but for under 150 bucks on sale decided to give this one a try. 800 ml bin, 2000 Pa suction, WiFi control - what not to like, right? Once I got them connected, I said, “Alexa, ask Deebot to go back to its charging dock,” and the robot followed orders and went right there. I then said, “Alexa, ask Deebot to start cleaning,” and it got back to work. It also worked well with Google Assistant, letting me start and stop cleaning jobs with just my voice.

What concerns me is that this thing wanders my tiny condo, in and out of rooms seemingly randomly, for over two hours. And then for nearly another half hour after the battery reads low and the cleaning is supposedly finished. This concerns me because it seems that this would wear down the battery prematurely, and I would need this to last a while. I feel like 4 stars is probably generous given my concerns

TL;DR: Easier than manually vacuuming & sweeping and works pretty well. Much better than cheaper & older models I've used in the past. Pros: It can quickly map out the space and then travel a logical route to completely cover it, even without using the pre-mapping feature. The app works pretty well

As we all know hardwood floors and tile historically require a lot of maintenance, especially with small children. I typically have to vacuum daily to maintain the cleanliness of my floors. Since I have purchased this vacuum I no longer have to worry about cleaning my floors at all! All I have to do is press a little button on my phone and off the vacuum goes to clean all the floors in my house without another thought. And when it’s done it will return to the charging station on its own
