This pedal goes through those really well actually and as with most pedals you can adjust how tight you want this to feel and this particular pedal it's down here and that just determines how tight you want the spring and the chain action and it seems to be set up as is pretty well for me.  So we're going to move this pedal around. Very solid bass, it's a very, very solid and sturdy pedal and it has the clamp right here where it goes to your bass drum. Another feature about this pedal is the adjustable clamp is on the outside of the pedal. Sometimes you have to go, you have to reach your hand below the footboard to actually tighten that and this one is on the outside
