The Gigabyte M28U is the best 144Hz console gaming monitor we've tested. It has fantastic accuracy before calibration, meaning you won't have to get it calibrated if your work requires accurate colors. It also gets bright enough to fight glare in a well-lit room, and the reflection handling is good. Even if you want to use it for gaming, it has a high refresh rate, variable refresh rate (VRR) support, and while it doesn't have the same motion handling as the Dell, it still looks great. If you want something even larger, it's also available in a 32-inch size, known as the Gigabyte M32U, but it doesn't get as bright.

If you find that the 32-inch screen size of the Gigabyte M32U is too big or you want something cheaper, look into the Gigabyte M28U. It's essentially a smaller version of the M32U with a less ergonomic stand, and there are some minor differences in performance too. While the M32U has a quicker response time, the M28U gets brighter, so it's better to use in well-lit rooms and has better reflection handling. It has many of the same gaming features with HDMI 2.1 bandwidth that lets you play 4k games up to 120 fps, and even if it doesn't support the full 48 Gbps bandwidth of HDMI 2.1, it doesn't affect the overall picture quality or gaming performance with either the PS5 or Xbox Series X.

It has low input lag for a responsive feel and an excellent response time with high-frame-rate signals. While it's slower with 60 fps signals, it's still good, and you won't notice much blur trail with fast-moving objects. While you won't exactly find 4k 144Hz monitors in the budget category, the Gigabyte M28U is a great option to get if you want a 4k 144Hz monitor at a lower cost. It's essentially a smaller version of the Gigabyte M32U, with a few minor differences, like a different stand with worse ergonomics since it doesn't have swivel adjustments, but that's only an issue if you need to constantly adjust the screen. It still has excellent gaming performance and is versatile enough if you want to use it for other uses.

We'Ve had those for some time now, but it is the first to offer these specifications at a price tag of just 600 us dollars

 Going through the specifications from GIGABYTE, they say this is a 28 inch super speed IPS, it's an edge lit panel, so it's not mini LED or anything like that. It has 94% DCI-P3 coverage and 120% of sRGB, 4K resolution, the brightness, it says it's 300 nits, and the contrast ratio is 1000 to 1, 1 millisecond response time, and over DisplayPort, it'll do 4K 144 hertz, or over HDMI, and for console games, it'll do 4K 120 hertz. Now I've heard that over HDMI for the consoles, this is going to have chroma subsampling and run at 420. On your PlayStation consoles, I believe they call that like YUV420 or something like that in the HDR settings

 You know, 28 inches. It's not that much bigger than a 27 inch monitor, which is a good size. The 28 might let you see a little bit more detail, but it's not going to be super huge like you got a 48 inch OLED on your desk or something like that. This unit I picked up, it has pretty good picture uniformity, but in dark areas it does have a little bit of backlight bleed in the lower right corner that I noticed. It looks worse in this picture than it does in practice

 So if you don't want to mess with it and you just want to leave your games in SDR, but you want that 4k high refresh rate experience, this is totally going to deliver on it for you. The size is also really good. You know, 28 inches. It's not that much bigger than a 27 inch monitor, which is a good size

 We'Re going to kick this off in chronological order through the reviews throughout this year with the alienware aw 2721d. You know sort of can be good, but i think our monitor that i'd probably have to re-rank here and put a little bit lower sort of this va monitor that we've got here in the seat here you know on reflection, i really don't think i would recommend This for a lot of people, i think spending a little bit more and buying an ips, monitor or dropping down in size, even going from 32 inch to 27 inch at the same sort of price is a better way to go. So for me, i probably would have to end up dropping the cq32 g3se into the dtr, which means that the pixel monitor that i reviewed that i found to be pretty similar, but worse than this aoc monitor, would then have to go into the etfs. That'S probably one of the re-rankings that i would consider doing, and then we can just sort of shuffle this in there to break off that gap and keep it nice
