I bought the XL. pros: lumbar support/aesthetic Cons: cost/seat width(narrow) All in all the chair is quite comfortable a tad on the firm side but it is comfortable to sit in for extended periods. I'm 5' 10" 230 lb and my head is about 1-2" from the top of the chair. After only having the chair for 2 weeks I can say the comfort is maybe a 6 out of 10 the lumbar pillow will fall almost every time you get up due to the lack of the strap. You can not lock the tilt only the recline witch is also disappointing. As far as build quality this is were I have my biggest issues

They hold up but they are a bit wobbly at times if that bothers you. They move in all directions fine though so its not the biggest issue. The lumbar support however is 10/10 and really makes a difference for my back comfort. However this chair is not for anyone over like 5ft10

This thing is built like a tank. Everyone deserves a comfortable and well built chair. If you're willing to spend hundreds, if not thousands, on a mattress for a good night's rest, then you should look at your computer chair the same way.

I will say that I am profoundly disappointed in the quality of the armrests. They are constantly bending outward and, eventually, they're just going to snap off with repeatedly bending them back into position. Otherwise, its a nice chair.

The arm rests are a bit too easy to knock out of preferred position. This is over-critical a bit because I quickly became used to it and it doesn't make me regret buying the chair.
