Coleman Classic Propane Stove vs Kodiak Canvas

Still touchy on low heat settings but quite usable. I would give Coleman's customer service and warranty process 5+ Stars, the camp stove a 3 Star Rating. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I started purchase of Coleman products in 1981, I was always delighted with the functionality, quality, and value of the products (2 burner White Gas camp stove & Lantern). They functioned as one would expect, maybe not the easiest to clean after a "boil over" but worked great delivering both high and very low heat as required

If one side is pulled or tighter than the other you won’t see it till you are pulling the tent up then you will have to unbolt and take tension off. So, for the price of the tent I don’t want any cons. Yes people love it and people camp in different locations with different terrain and weather, but having ti buy stakes with a tent that costs this much and is reliant on every stake in order to stay up was not worth the money for me. Ended up going with another brand and I was much happier

Fix is below: "Initially, the hose did not let gas from my 20 lb propane tank reach the burners on my Coleman NXT 200 grill; while a 1 lb disposable canister worked fine. It was puzzling why the canister fit fine but the hose and big tank did not. However, after digging around for answers on the web, it turned out the remedy actually was to modify the grill fitting to better fit the hose, i.e

time will tell. Setup at home to season canvas per instructions yet leaks continued to show at every stake loop. Manufacturer responded quickly and I have followed their instructions; time will tell if problem is solved as we've used it a couple times now but the rain only fell during the setup

It was no problem at all. Both pots fit easily, and we fed 8 people off of this one little stove without having to juggle anything! The finish is very nice on this, better than the competitors, and the embossed Coleman Name in the lid is a nice touch. It's an old school enameled green paint, that is very durable, and honestly, quite attractive at least to my eye.

Other camper's were impressed that I had this tent, it's so fancy, my friends even joked saying it looked like a ski chalet. All the other tents around were wrinkled but this tent was taut and sturdy. Overall this tent will not only impress but excels at being a shelter for camping. Worth every penny!

Stove is fairly heavy and bulky, but packs okay because of the lid. Just pack a couple of pot holders inside to stop it from rattling. Definitely not a backpacking stove, though.
