This is an overall great quality set of grilling utensils but I gave it at 4 star only because the tongs are what I primarily needed and they did not meet my expectations. The tongs are a big disappointment. Because of the rounded shape, the tong edge does not run flush with the grill rack so I found myself almost having to scoop up the meat (like using a spoon) because the rounded part of the tong lifted the tong edge off the grill not allowing the edge of the tongs to easily slide under the meat when you're going to grab it to flip it. Cooking bone in meats such as wings or ribs or a hearty stew, I'm guessing these tongs would work perfectly, but for grilling steaks and burgers, a spatula shaped tong is a must have

Great quality overall,  but...

 Allow you much better control than the ridiculously long and clumsy that are designed for the grill. I would recommend washing them by hand. I had a previously pair that was very similar that the handles came apart from being put in the dish washer while the tongs still functioned perfectly.

Great for grilling a couple times but now they're coming loose and the handles turn when trying to use them. The tongs themselves don't stay straight either. They want to go up and over the other one when trying to grab something. Very annoying

Superb Spatula Half The Cost Of Lamson Website Price

  I use this spat for everything not just fish!  Three stars is because the item I received does not match the quality of other LamsonSharp tools I own (purchased elsewhere). it seemed like someting you'd find marked "cosmetic defect" - the rivets are dinged and not fitting flush and the handle is not finished cleanly on all edges.  This item was purchased and reviewed without incentive or discount.
