Great and all, but the head is like 2"x3" and not stiff like plastic or metal, it's droopy silicone. You can not turn it over and break stuff up with the edge of it for these reasons as well. Stays pretty clean though, never have to scrub it. The black one shows water spots out of the dish washer.

Kinda over hyped by Wirecutter considering the price. Not that fond of non-stick, bought this for a pan that was given us. Maybe a bigger one would be handier. Personally I much prefer iron and steel pans which are super with an induction cooktop.

I ordered a mini spatula but received a spoonula. Amazon offered to replace it but I like the spoonula better anyway. I think it'll work better for stir frying than wooden spoon or a regular spatula.

This is a little too flexible to be used for a lot of purposes (ground beef or something). I was expecting it to be a bit more firm. It is very good as a rubber spatula, though.

Just want to emphasize that the mini is a really small flipper, about 2 inches wide at Max. I use it for eggs in a small omelette pan, and it works well for that. I have my doubts about using for pancakes unless they were very small. I do like that it is one solid piece, which makes it easy to clean...
