While I like the design and durability of this spatula, the head is too stiff compared to the old-school, good-quality wood handle/silicon spatulas I have. Wouldn’t recommend it.

I had already purchased the skinny spatula and really enjoy it. I wanted to try the ultimate spatula for the extra size of the head. I like this product since it is all one piece, but it is quite stiff so It's a little difficult to scrape every part of bowls, food processors, etc. Also, I cut some chunks out of it trying to scrape my food processor with the blade still in- that may be attributed to operator error!. Given all the great reviews and the high price for this spatula, I was expecting more. The angle of the bottom doesn’t suit me for scrapping down bowls which is the main purpose of the spatula (for me). Also it is a little limp for scrapping. I wouldn’t purchase it again 😕
