 You'll find the legs inside, the legs are packed inside, has some literature in there, and it's fairly easy to get wood pellets, you can pick them up at the store where you bought it, or you can order them online, they have a mix, the wheels are fantastic, solid wheels, nice rubber construction around them, the legs feel solid, and they're good. I've had grills that have light grill components, these are not, these are really nice solid gratings, solid, nice shiny grill, you'll notice that that one is, that's the top rung, and that one is chromed, whereas the base one is painted black, so it's got a very sturdy black paint on it, doesn't scratch off, doesn't have any problems there, really solid, I've used it a number of times and it's been great. All the metal parts, such as a drip pan, etc., they're all packed in the oil, so you'll see there's oil in the bag there, and if you open that up, you'll have some excess oil, you'll need to sort of wipe that off and burn it off in your first use, also this is the piece that covers the burn cup, and that's also packed in oil, you'll want to make sure that that gets burnt off before your first use in cooking it, it's oil on all the pieces, you may want to oil again, if you don't, it gets such high temperature, you want to keep those covered, they're very very solid, but they will rust if you don't have something and rub it into it and let it season well, I started just leaving things on it to let it season

The burn cup in this unit is replaceable, so you can pull it out, it's a component that can fail on any pellet grill, but the advantage for the smoke pro is that if it begins to rust and wear, then you can actually replace it

 This is my old gas grill and I'm comparing it with the Camp Chef Smoke Pro DLX. My old grill has been great with plenty of space and after years of use, it's not as shiny as it used to be and knowing that I was going to replace it very soon, I haven't been keeping it covered but over the past 10 years, it's been great. I love cooking outdoors. I love cooking on the grill

Getting a pellet grill for the first time

 There's a little feed that will feed more in if it needs to get hotter but it'll keep it within about plus or minus five degrees of the temperature you have it set on which is extremely accurate even more so than ovens in your home. Most home ovens people don't realize but have about a 20 degree plus or minus swing inside them. So you're getting very very controlled temperature and as any grill master or pit master will tell you that keeping a consistent temperature is the most important thing when grilling and smoking. It's self-cleaning

Pellets

 You can see this changes depending on how hot you're running it. But she comes up to temp pretty fast too, so I've been pretty pleased with that. When I first got her, it took her a little while, but pretty much now it takes 5 minutes and it's up to 225, 10 minutes and she'll hit 350, about 15 minutes I can get up to 450 without too much trouble, as long as I'm not playing with the lid. But all in all, I'm pretty happy with her

 So she's starting to get up, she's started now, and once she gets up to temp, the smoke will pretty much clean up and it'll be nice and clean. Now that the smoke's done, we can come on over and while I'm thinking about it, if you look right here, there's the internal temperature probe and it's pretty well protected, so you're not going to hit it, I've seen a couple where the probe was pretty exposed on a couple reviews on some grills, but that one's protected pretty good, so as you can see. Then I guess after that point, you can just sit there and get to the temperature you want. Like I said, it'd be nice if this one did 10 degree increments, but it only does 25, but I've seen a lot of people complain because there's skipped some numbers, but this one, it will hit all the marks

 Other than that, it does have that, which opens the sear plate, but she holds real steady temps, and I could honestly say, if anybody in my family or friends asked, I would recommend this, and if something happened and this one disappeared, I would buy another one like it. It's been a great pellet grill, it's got really good wheels, it's pretty good quality, it was actually fairly easy to put together, the instructions were not too bad, as long as you followed them, I mean, the only problem I had was I had to get help putting the legs on because I couldn't reach, you have to screw the legs on from the inside and put the legs on the outside, so you have to actually have someone help hold those legs to put the screws in.
