I like Cuda 9 inch titanium bonded flex fillet knife, especially the blade is German 4116 Stainless Steel. Also, the knife has titanium bonding for increased hardness that can let my knife stay sharper longer. I like it.

A very sharp blade and a great feeling knife for the price point would definitely buy again and recommend to a friend or family member. The surface of the handle allows you to have a good grip and because of its blade sharpness and the ergonomics of the handle my hand does not get tired from deboning multiple chickens.

These cold steel knives take a great edge (diamond stick 600 grit), hold it reasonably well, are comfortable to use and last well. I have bought some for other family members.
