This product is listed as 'knives' because it comes in a set of 3 of the same 6" blades. I prefer an assortment of knives in my kitchen. If the product is considered a professional level knife, why would it be priced at $6 blade? I never opened the package to test the blade, simply returned it.

The knife is very sharp and comfortable, but the blade is really thick and stiff which prevents it from doing well for boning. It’s worked well so far for trimming large cuts of beef and pork but is not as adaptable as I was hoping.

Ok but not the right length for a good depression of valve stem. Need to be shallower or shorter to work right.
