 I took the black cartridge out (the OEM one that came with the printer from Brother) and it was clearly not right - the slightest movement and black toner powder comes out (see picture).  With COVID, printers are also in high demand, so I didn't want to return the entire printer. So I ended up buying a non-OEM black toner cartridge and since replacing it, the printer prints flawlessly!  It's unfortunate that the OEM toner was broken/defective, but replacing the cartridge was a simple fix, even though I had to spend more money.

 Screen still seems dark a few days later. Your I phone has to be on the same wi-fi as the printer (so you could not print to your printer at home from your work location). It did print from phone to printer; just not a picture you would use for anything due to lack of print quality.

loved the easy wireless set up

 it is not an inkjet printer to photo quality pics are just not going to happen but what they do print out are fairly good quality. I was able to print from my phone without the need of instructions it was really just taht easy for me. I will say this you can either set it up to print wirelessly or use a printer cable you cannot do both. what works well from me is the wireless print

  When I installed this printer, I could only print a few pages at a time. A call to Brother indicated that I needed to update the firmware before use. This model printer should have had the firmware already installed to avoid minor issues.  If you're looking for a printer than can do it all at a fast speed, seriously consider the Brother HL-L3270CDW

If you want something cheaper than the Brother HL-L2325DW, get the Pantum P2502W. Like the Brother, this is also a print-only unit, so there isn't a scanner. Its document print quality is outstanding, and its toner cartridge yields a little over 2000 pages. It prints pretty quickly at 23 pages per minute; however, it takes a while to warm up and doesn't support automatic double-sided printing. Unfortunately, this printer tends to push printed sheets off the output tray, which can be inconvenient as you'll have to rearrange your prints into the right order. This issue can also cause misaligned prints, wasting more time and paper. It doesn't happen all the time, but it's an inconvenience nonetheless. If you want to save yourself the hassle, the Brother is a better choice. This model can get the job done; just be aware that you might run into some problems occasionally.

Pantum P2502W Wireless Laser Printer

 In this video I'm going to show you how to set up this printer.

 So I just got this printer and I just read the directions and set it up and it was pretty

 easy but there's some things that I should show you.

 So this is the printer you're looking at.

 It's the Pantom 2502W and so this piece comes detached and you basically have to snap it

 I thought that was a little bit difficult but not too bad and you can close it.

 The ink is in here and when you first get it you have to open this and then you take

 I've never had this type of printer before so I was kind of shocked by the size of the

 Then you put it back in and then you close it.

 Well it did last time but usually there it goes.

 It makes like a really funny sound when you put the ink in.

 And it's important that you take the ink out when you first get it because it has all of

 It's got some wrapping on it and it's got this thing which I just pulled out.

 So you're supposed to take all that stuff out and put the ink back in.

 If you want to move this you have to squeeze it.

 The power cord goes into a power outlet.

 It's going to be good enough for my needs.

 And then it comes with the USB cord which I use to connect to my laptop.

 It also has some wireless options and stuff but I don't think I'm going to be using that.

 So basically you connect it to your computer.

 And then you have to install the drivers.

 And I was a little bit worried when I saw the CD but I had read the reviews and the

 reviews said that you don't need the CD to install it.

 So what I did was I went to their website.

 And you basically go to their website, pantom.com.

 You want to go to where it says service and support and then driver download file.

 And then you just download it and install it.

 It's a super fast download and it's a super fast installation.

 So that's the one you want from the website, pantom.com.

 And then that gives you the drivers for your computer, for your printer, sorry.

 So let me go ahead and put the paper back in and show you how it prints.

 So you put the paper in and then you can squeeze and adjust it.

 So I'm just going to print the test page that it had me print after I installed the drivers.

 So here's the test page that will have you print just to test to see if it's working.
