 And I've been using this product ever since it came out. I've repurchased bottles and bottles of this. Now this is going to be my last bottle and I'm not going to be using this anymore. But while I was using this, I did really enjoy it and it worked well at removing all of my makeup

It is an ingredient that some skincare brands use in their products. It is an antibacterial and it also is a preservative

 It's very unsafe and if other countries are banning it in their products then we shouldn't be using this. I have been using Garnier Micellar water and there was a new version (the Vitamin C) and I’m not sure if it’s because of the fragrance in there, but my skin has been flaring up and I’ve been getting bumps on my skin when I come into contact with this product.
