Hi there, I have been using Garnier Micellar Water (Unscented) for removing eye makeup however it has caused burning, inflammation and flaking on my eyelids that lasts for days after. I get my eyelashes permed every other month so I am looking for a makeup remover that is also oil free and will not reduce the duration of the eyelash lift.

decent but the bottle...

works great, however I dislike how the bottle aren’t reusable and the caps don’t come off. I was trying to refill my travel size with my big bottle and I just couldn’t so I had to buy another bottle which just seems like a waste of packaging to me.
