So I’ll be turning 21 in April so about 5 months from now and I’ve shot both guns but can’t decide what one to choose but I only have the money to pick one or the other. I do know that firing a M9 is going to be cheaper in the long run because 9mm bullets are cheaper then  .45 acp. So I’ve come to the experts (Y’all) to see what your opinions are to help me decide. Can’t decide between 1911 and M9 Beretta

 Now at this point I get asked to convert that price into all kinds of currencies, dollars, yens, euros etc. Well I don't do it because the rate changes daily and they often have different shipping costs in different countries which makes it a complete pointless exercise really. In sum up this is a quality item and beautifully made. We all have our favourite styles and replicas so it may not be for everyone

 Moving all the others to one side for now and looking at this new version. The specs are the overall length is 225mm with a 112mm barrel and tops the scales at a handful of powerhouse feel of 108kg and you do feel every gram of that in the hand. It has an 18 round magazine and a claimed velocity of 130 meters per second which equates to a maximum of around 426 feet per second. Let's do a quick walk around, shall we? From the front the first thing you notice is the protruding barrel to be able to fit a silencer moderator suppressor

 They are up there with the best of the CO2 pistol manufacturers with regard to quality and ultimate longevity. It is quite rare to have one go wrong. It can happen as with anything but it is pretty rare. Certainly, in my experience, they are a German company and even though they may from time to time have these made elsewhere they still seem to maintain that German quality requirement

 You see, the weight is there but there is no kick or blowback and it just leaves that all-important interaction missing. So along came the M9A3 in BB form and lo and behold they had the blowback action that was so missing from the pellet version. But it didn't have that all-important weight about it to finish that overall feel. Now there is the 92A1 in black and that does have the weighty feel to it but no moderator thread at end

 So I really do think it's a good concealed carry option. Once again, six plus one, if you're carrying it with one in the chamber, the capacity is not bad at all. The price, I mean $259 if you can get it, plus taxes, is really a good budget pistol in my opinion, a good starting point for someone that just wants to feel a little safer out there. Ruger LCP 380 Review

 It just seems more solid when you're firing it and of course with the 10 to 12 rounds you've got a fairly decent capacity and still a really small firearm. I love that they've dovetailed the sights which gives you options. It's one of the things about the originals that the sights were fixed and there was no changing. And I think the geometry in the internals also has been improved just to give you better reliability

 And again we had that flat base plate very slick finish mag and then the gun is empty. Now with this firearm one of the big advantages to me over the standard LCP is is the last round bolt hold open. So once I fire it it's gonna hold open and it held open every time. So that gives you a lot of confidence

 The LCP line has been around for a long time and it's been proven. And now with the LCP Max and the advances in this system this is a great option especially for 380. And again we want to thank Ruger for sending the LCP Max for this review. Guys if you depend on a firearm for self defense it's really important that you don't go it alone
