Nice set up my man. Campus carry is legal in TX and usually rock my g19 but I opt for my Ruger LCP so I don’t have someone freaking out over me legally carrying.

Is there really a big difference between 9MM and .380?

A ruger LCP will be a lot more snappy than the 3 9mm guns listed. If a glock 19 is snappy it’s likely your grip and not the gun, the glock 19 is generally considered soft shooting

Is the Taurus G3 a good option for concealed carry?

Oooh boy. You’re in for a real treat today. This sub doesn’t care much for Taurus autoloaders and neither do I. At that price, I’d look at the Ruger LCP 2. Solid .380, better than Taurus. My EDC guns are Glock and Kimber.

New pocket pistol. Surprisingly nice lil thing

Bought a new ruger lcp max today. Surprisingly light little gun. Sights are nice and easy to pick up. Trigger is acceptable for a gun like this, and it’s modestly accurate from what few rounds I’ve shot out of it today when I grabbed it.

Cheap CCW Recommendations

I would recommend looking at the Beretta APX, Ruger LCP, Canik, and police trade in Glocks and M&P’s. You can often get good used guns that have seen a lot of holster time but don’t have too many rounds through them for around the $250 range. Stay away from Taurus and Hi-Point for anything with defensive purposes.
