If you are a travelling person that is exposed to lots of noisy situations the qc15 or the and-9's are the better fit for you. I myself transit much of the time. However, the loudness at which I play my music blocks out much of the noise (with the m50s which is around 50%). It all depends on how much noise that surrounds an individual

I'd throw in the Meze 99 Neo close back headphones into the suggestions, primarily to isolate from your noisy environment. I'm lucky enough to have several friendly audio shops in reach and have auditioned the neos and classics many many times for maybe an embarassing 2-3 hours at a time (lol), alongside more analytical detail-emphasizing type headphones as well as some v-shape sounding ones.
