The media could not be loaded. I was very surprised at the quality and weight of this device - it was very easy to setup and initially it looked wonderful. But then I noticed that the record was moving up and down as it rotated - at first I thought it was warped except that this was a new record that's been played twice in two years. After removing the record and the turntable mat and getting down at eye-level with the turntable it became apparent that the platter was warped

The item did not include a user's manual, any product warranty registration information, and no software for using the device with my computer. In all the pictures, there appears to be a sylus light and there's a port to install it, but there was none provided.
