Recording video at higher quality nets better-looking footage with less visible compression artifacts. And when you pair it with a flat profile, now an expected feature in mirrorless cameras, you get more leeway when color correcting footage. It's not unlike the difference between shooting in the lossy JPG format versus Raw for still capture.

You'll also want to get an HDMI cable, and you'll need to figure the best way to mount the recorder to your camera system.  Now let's get back to the monitor now. I Started off by looking at the 4k monitor range because I've been putting out videos in the UHD resolution 300 400 by Tu-160 for about 18 months or so now. Now they are quite expensive, but also there isn't really much. Probably buying one because my back Book Pro which is mid 2014 range

I think my videos on a laptop and yes, it's a match, but that's irrelevant for this video. It could just as well be a laptop running Linux or Windows just imagine it's running whatever operating system makes you feel least agitated because this isn't a video about operating systems. No, it's a video about a monitor now. I Edit on a laptop because I value the portability and the fact I can easily pack it away and it means I can edit videos here or here what's going on and once I finished editing everything together I can bring the laptop in here, record the voiceover using this microphone, and then afterwards clear everything away

Going UltraWide with the LG 21:9 Monitor 29UM68

 Within days I had fallen in love with it. I'm using the DP connection to get 75Hz and an amd gpu to utilize freesync and once I started gaming it all made sense fairly quickly. This thing is dirt cheap and lightning fast, I'm not Chuck Norris on CS:Go I don't need an absurd refresh rate or response time on the bleeding edge of technology, I mostly do research for work, watch youtube and play Warframe. The settings for font clarity and refresh rates really only took 5 minutes to figure out and I was rolling

A plucky underdog monitor for the budget conscience

 Will officially never be going back and you can quote me on that. and I'll probably test out other regular monitors, but this is so much more immersive I Don't care if it's lower response time I don't care if it's lower refresh rate I Don't care if it's lower resolution, just the fact that it's such a wide monitor I Feel like when I'm playing a game whether that be warframe Borderlands GTA I am so much more immersed I Feel like I'm much more part of the game and you know it's It's an amazing thing and 21 by 9 I feel is really the way to go. There's a reason that these monitors are starting to get popular and so I would highly recommend that. If you're trying to decide between like a 1440p 16 by 9 or this guy here or even another 1080p 21 by 9, go with the 1080 21 by night, it's not gonna be as hard to drive so you'll save some money on your GPU and it's an ultra-wide and I again I will never be going back

 It actually has a response time setting on the monitor that does some trickery to basically make the monitor feel like it's responding quicker, but not have ghosting problems and stuff like that. I Usually that setting on medium and it works Excellent. I Do feel that this does respond faster than all the other IPS monitors I've had out there. Whatever LG is doing on the back end there, they're doing a really great job of that

 It's just LG and I think every review where everybody has been trying to tell you guys this, please just make the monitor out of matte materials. it's not it's it's not that hard. you will please everybody and Matt looks better in a lot of people's opinions too. So anyway, that's for the build quality for the design though

 I Actually do think it's a very pretty monitor with the basically bezel is design here. Now of course you've still got the black space up on the Matt glass here. or it's not glass tea. you know what? I mean the matte panel

 Why? Because this isn't a widely accepted or produced format. Not every program is designed for this aspect,nor is every show or movie you will watch. However.
