 you get one, two, three flex screws in the forefoot. This helps kind of manage that flight foam Blast plus and give you a little bit more stability through the forefoot.  it was like running on marshmallows. While I can see potential in the 28th iteration, Asics needs to take more time to refine this shoe to be safe to wear for lighter runners. For that, it needs to be less mushy and have a lower heel drop - that is the difference between the front stack height and the rear stack height. It would also help if there were a bit more spring or responsiveness in the shoe as well

Not as stable for lighter runners.

I like the fit of this shoe, so hard to find an extra wide shoe in my size. overall this shoe hits the marks in fit and stability. The cushioning of the shoe is plenty ample as well. My only real pet peave is that these shoes break down too quickly

 My pair from three years ago still has some life in them, but the pair I bought last year didn't even last the year. The foam that gives that great bounce to your step doesn't last. With this year's model I find it's already begun to show wear. The black rubber used on the bottom covers less of the shoe's bottom

I used to get ankle and knee pain after a few consecutive days of jogging, and found out I overpronate. As a result I picked up the Asics Kayano 26, which seems to have alleviated the pain I used to get. I find it much more comfortable and supportive than my ultraboosts, so it's been my only training shoe as of late.

Size fits true for me, I continue to purchase Asics as they have a 12.5 mens shoe that fits as should every time. These were purchased for work, hospital, they match my scrab color exactly! The comfort is as I expect, wonderful for 12 hour shifts. I do a moderate amount of walking with standing

 I also find the toe box a bit too small. I like my Brooks Launch 7 but I feel they’re not springy enough for me.

Great shoe but just wasn’t for me… it’s too flimsy at the top of the shoe with very little support for ankles, but very comfortable. Not for everyone

Nice shoe, but…

  I have a normal width foot with a slight pronation on one foot.  These fit true to size and they are snug,(race-like)which I like. I have only taken these on 1 run so these are just my initial thoughts.  At warm up/cool down, these are not the most comfortable, but nothing unbearable

Pleasantly Surprised

The comfort on this shoes is out of this world. You will feel the difference if going from a regular running sneaker to this sneaker. The impact it has on the knees and the legs is truly for what it stands for. Engineered for runners, can't say any much more

The only area this shoe could improve is a redesigned colorway. For the most advanced running shoe I have ever touched, it could be dressed more the part; maybe futurist style/colors like the Space Hippie series.
