 So when you switch to the outsole, you see that there's still a ton of rubber like ASICS. That's one of my favorite things about ASICS shoes, is that they have a ton of rubber, so they're going to last you a long time. I don't mind the additional weight that you get from having all the extra rubber because it's going to maintain its grippiness on the concrete, and it's just going to last me a long time and not impact my running, and I know that I can just continue to go on it and it's not going to wear out. So with this shoe actually, as opposed to the normal A-HAR, the ASICS high abrasion rubber, now they have the A-HAR Lite

 Or if you're slowing down or going downhill and you're not a heel striker, that's where this is going to come into play. Overall, it's a really great ride in the midsole. I think it's super cushioned, and like I said earlier in the video, this is their best type of technology, I think. Like, their propel has been around for a long time

 And I'd say if you're watching this and you're someone who hasn't been out on the road as much as you like, this is a great shoe to pick up to get back out on the road and start logging those miles for the similar reasons as the beginning runner, but it has all that cushion, and once you start upping your mileage, you're really going to enjoy this shoe the longer you wear it. I picked up a pair of ASICS gel nimbus 23's a few weeks ago, and I'm really liking them for my slow / longer runs, very plush and comfy. They pair well with my Tempo Next %'s.

Title says it all, but I have a pair of Endorphin Speed’s on the way and have been running in my Hoka Rincon 1’s as my do everything shoe. Now it might be my imagination, but they’re on about 200 miles now probably and are feeling a little harsher on the feet/legs than I remember them being. 

I have been thinking about getting the Ride 13’s for everyday/recovery runs and using the Endorphin Speeds as well, a speedier shoe. Also have been considering the ASICS Novablast (That Tokyo colorway!) and have been reading good things about the Hoka Mach 4, RTR review raves about them. 

Any thoughts or other recommendations?

Good every day trainer/recovery shoe to pair with Endorphin Speed?

Bought this shoes for my son's birthday and he loves it. He says the shoes is very comfortable and stylish. I myself owned several pairs of Asics shoes and think they are the best.

 Otherwise they are simply outstanding for walking all day on hard floors too, not just running. I have ponied up and bought about 5 pairs of these in different colors and have a few stashed away in my closet for when they're needed since after a while my size is no longer available anywhere, or maybe only in the ugliest color, so I've learned to stock up when I find something I like, like you would with other things you stock up on. Anyway, bravo ASICS, these are great.

 I think the main areas are in the hill versus version one and the overlays, which definitely, i feel add a little bit of structure we'll come to that in a second but, like i said, the outsoles unchanged mid cells, unchanged, okay right, so that's the stats and Features, it's definitely a heavier feeling shoe there's about well, not much in it i'll put the weights up in terms of the differences between the two, but there's not much in it, but there is definitely a little bit more weight in this shoe versus this one uh. This shoe is 155 pounds by the way i forgot to mention. Let me just put version one back: okay right so in terms of feeling, if you've never tried a speed, um shoe, it doesn't matter version. One version: two: the heel to toe transition is incredible

 If you can only buy one pair of shoes, people it would be the saucony endorphin speed, either version one or version two 

 You can see how i ruined it and that's the problem with white shoes, but anyway we'll talk about the differences. So the main differences really are in the upper and what you can see, hopefully, is the overlays and the structure they've added down the sides of the shoe and i'll show you, and mainly on the heel, counters and there's definitely more structure in the heel counter. On version two also across the midfoot they've made improvements in terms of fit um. It'S got like a band there

 It is very breathable, the outsole is great um and, like i proved on the old version, i've still got plenty of tread on that, so these things are built for durability. Let me know in the comments: if you've had any issues in terms of durability with the speed i don't know anybody who's had a problem with them, um and yeah. I i just don't see what else there is for the everyday runner uh, and i count myself.
