Aruba Instant On vs Ubiquiti UniFi FlexHD

Firmware updates are automatic and super smooth. I'm always on the latest update and have yet to experience a bug. I've seen these work in various business environments with happy users and basically no tuning required. And I personally use them in my home environment

They push firmware to your devices even when automatic updates are disabled. Turning off the sending analytics to Unifi doesn't actually disable it, it just makes you think it's disabled so you won't complain. Go read the forums and watch the youtube videos. Unifi has lost their way and should be avoided on anything other than a test network

UPDATE- it's been 5 months, and my to UNIFI WAPs, (this, and an AC PRO) have been working flawlessly. I ended up ordering a couple of Intel based PCI NICs for a couple of my computers so they can take advantage of AC (I've been using N since before AC existed and these are my first AC WAPs) and I have good coverage.

I have the switch this plugs into attached to a Zyxel firewall. I am getting 250+ Mbps on my phone connected to this access point. My internet connection is 400 MBps, so I am either being limited by the fact that this is an AC access point or the Zyxel is not capable of passing more traffic.
