 I tried on Redwings iron Ranger also size 9 fit, Chippewa size 9.5 fit, Magnanni also size 9. My sneakers are usually size 10.5

 The review below is based on this.  Chippewa 13's didn't fit my somewhat wide foot, these do. For me it's a dressier boot that I can still work in but also wear out with jeans. I did mix some black/brown polish together to temper the reddishness and that helped.
