I can't imagine a shoe designer making a grand shoe to which there is only a tortured entrance --- a five- or ten-minute struggle to get the shoe on. The tongue is integrated into the body of the shoe without the usual separation on each side. This makes it sort of a faux tongue or, more accurately, a foe tongue. The structure can't loosen up to fit a foot

The firm foam also makes this a good choice for heavy runners. Fitwise, if you have normal/narrow feet you can go true to size and for wide feet, it can be bought in 2E sizing.

Again, my pinky toe creates a small protrusion but again, I don't feel discomfort. I only use minimal socks with these to the the small size. Credit to Adidas for making these shoe comfortable even for the person who chose the wrong size.
