I've contacted support and they told me I would have to pick up the robot to fix this issue. This is by design and so, I'm fine with it. I just wish it could travel to the other non-carpet rooms and then continue mopping.The self-emptying is not great

It would just keep working its pattern. After about 20 minutes it would just die on the floor. We are a non profit and cannot afford to spend another $350 for a vacuum. Life 360, can you make this right? What do we need to do?

I'm worried, and leaning towards returning and finding something else. 1/9/22 ‐Updated post‐ still using it because it dies clean well and the making features are pretty useful. The choice to clean an area '2x' is good with kids because the vacuum will clean the room and I can slide highchairs or whatever might be on the floor in a sifferent spot so it can go and clean those areas the second time around . quiet mode picks up a surprising amount of stuff. The only issue i had with the robot itself, was it climbed up the back of the recliners legs and then started yelling for help at 3 am. I just added a virtual wall along the back side of the chair and now is fine. And also this is a real review i paid full price for this thing and dont get any of the crap as most of the reviews on this are paid

The Yeedi Vac is really a great budget buy. Beats out the E4 in my testing by being much more maneuverable and independent (less prone to getting stuck or tangled and better able to cross large thresholds and carpet/rug lips), with great suction power on carpet.

Likes: Works great - mapped the whole house (over 2500 sq.ft) in a couple of hours -he had to do a recharge towards the end but that's because I have so much furniture it took a lot of maneuvering. The App works great - very intuitive and easy to use. Couldn't beat the price either, got a $100 instant coupon from Amazon - wow don't know how but that certainly helped!
